Katie's Run Flyer

To register by mail, just print out the flyer and mail in the bottom portion along with a check to 5235 Sligh Rd, Lakeland, FL 33813. Checks can be made payable to Lisa McKendrick or Katie Pantoja.

Hi everyone!

So our register button is not working, but you can access the registration at https://www.active.com/register/index.cfm?CHECKSSO=0&EVENT_ID=2092887
If this does not work go to active.com and type in Katie's Run the search/ event's bar and then once when it opens the page click on Katie's Run. The register button should be green and to your right. Once when you click that all you have to do is put in your information.
If you do sign up online it is 3 dollars more because that is how active receives their money, but if you pay by mail it is only 20 dollars.

Katie's Story 

Katie Pantoja is suffering from an illness known as Gastroparesis, meaning that her stomach is paralyzed. This means that Katie cannot eat and must receive all of her nutrients through a feeding tube. She has had multiple surgeries over the past two years. Katie was a runner for the George Jenkins High School Cross Country and Track team in Lakeland, Florida. How can you help Katie? By running for Katie you can help raise money for her family and raise her spirits in her fight!
